Moldovan name "Kagor" is not to be confused with the French AOC Cahors wines.
This sweet fortified dark red wine is a fine blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and
indigenous Moldovan grape variatals. This delicious dessert wine is appreciated, as the
after dinner must. The wine gained respectability due to its healing character, restoring
the hemoglobin cells in the blood. The modern medicine often prescribes this wine in order
to soften less joy-full experiences with Kagor’s heavenly taste. |
